The ADHD Big Sister maintains this website and all courses, memberships, books, and products hosted herein (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms.

Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. By using this website and checking the ‘agree to terms’ box upon enrolment in any course or membership, you indicate your acceptance of these Terms of Use and form a binding agreement with The ADHD Big Sister. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.

1. Use of Site

The ADHD Big Sister provides various materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, and courses offered through this Site (the “Materials”). Users may view and download one copy of the Materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Users may not modify, share, reproduce, distribute, or sell the Materials.

• Users will keep all Materials confidential and will not disclose them to any third party.

• Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorised use of the Site.

2. Enrolment & Access

By enrolling in a course or membership, you agree to the following:

• Payment Obligation: You agree to pay the full fee for the course or membership, even if you do not complete the course or use the membership benefits. Refunds granted as per the below clause.

• Individual Course Access: Access to individually purchased courses is granted for six (6) months, unless otherwise stated on the course page.

• Membership Access: Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as per your selection). Your access remains active as long as your membership is active.

• Non-Accredited Training: You acknowledge that courses and memberships are for personal development and are not accredited or certified training programmes.

3. Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

The ADHD Big Sister complies with UK Law regarding refunds.

Refunds for Courses

• 100% Refund: Within 7 days of enrolment, provided less than 10% of the course has been accessed.

• 50% Refund: Within 14 days of enrolment, provided less than 10% of the course has been accessed.

• No Refunds: After 14 days of enrolment or if more than 10% of the course has been accessed.

Refunds for Memberships

• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund within the first 14 days if less than 25% of any one course within the membership has been accessed.

• After 14 Days: No refunds will be issued, but you can cancel anytime as there is no ongoing contract.

How to Cancel a Membership

You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account on Thinkific:

1. Go to My Account

2. Click on Memberships

3. Select Cancel Membership

Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Any chargebacks or disputes filed through PayPal, Stripe, or your bank will be contested using the Terms of Use agreement you accepted upon enrolment.

4. Extenuating Circumstances

Refunds beyond the stated policy may be considered if you can provide evidence of extenuating circumstances, such as:

• Medical Issues: Hospitalisation, major illness, or clinical mental health conditions (medical certificate required).

• Personal Crises: Bereavement, significant financial hardship (e.g., job loss, bankruptcy).

• Legal Obligations: Jury duty that cannot be deferred (official notice required).

5. Geographic Location & Applicable Law

• The ADHD Big Sister is a UK-based organisation.

• These Terms are governed by UK Law, regardless of where you access the site.

• Failure to enforce any provision shall not be deemed a waiver of our rights.

6. Trademark and Copyright

• The ADHD Big Sister™ and related branding are trademarks of The ADHD Big Sister & Lindsay Rocke.

• All Materials on this Site are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any part of the course content without explicit written permission.

7. Membership Benefits & Changes

• Memberships include access to exclusive resources, coaching, and content.

• The ADHD Big Sister reserves the right to add, modify, or remove benefits within the membership without notice.

• Membership content may be updated or refreshed at any time.

8. External Links & Affiliations

• Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. The ADHD Big Sister is not responsible for the content of external sites.

• Clicking on external links is at your own risk.

9. No Warranty

The Materials on this Site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• The ADHD Big Sister does not guarantee that courses or memberships will result in specific outcomes.

• We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or continuously available.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The ADHD Big Sister shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Site, including loss of data, lost income, or service interruptions.
