Before discovering the insights I share in this course, I experienced feelings of powerlessness and frustration in my own life. I constantly questioned my abilities and decisions, compared myself to others, and battled the negative, self-critical voice in my head that told me I wasn't good enough. I was on a never-ending quest to find happiness and simply feel good about myself. Throughout my life, I've been deeply intrigued by understanding people, particularly our minds.
